A BIG Announcement!

My family and I moved to the Brazos Valley in 2011 after I finished my fellowship in facial plastic surgery. I was hired as an otolaryngologist by St. Joseph and also performed cosmetic surgery through the Face Place. I have grown personally and professionally over the last six years through these ventures. My family has also grown exponentially over that time!

As you may know, I completed my ENT residency and facial plastic surgery fellowship in Richmond, Virginia. My wife and I spent six years in the Commonwealth after professional school and our first child was born on Virginia soil. We loved living in the city and came to consider it home. It’s a lovely place!

Over the years, we have continued to feel connected to Virginia. We have remained donors to WCVE, the local public radio station (we also support KAMU, by the way…). We support environmental causes involving the Chesapeake Bay watershed and we have vacationed in the Shenandoah Valley for years. If you’ve never been, there are many excellent wineries there!

Just as my family has grown, I’ve grown professionally and the time is right to start my own facial plastic surgery practice. Although College Station has been good to us, it simply doesn’t have the population to support this kind of specialized practice. So… (drumroll, please), we’re going to be relocating back to Richmond, Virginia.

West End Facial Plastic Surgery will be a full-service facial plastic surgery practice. We will offer cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery. I will continue to specialize in surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation as well as rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. We will offer a full complement of aesthetic services provided by licensed, master aestheticians. We will continue to offer the same line of skin care products that we currently sell through the Face Place.

I will also be spending time at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center so I can help support our veterans.

West End Facial Plastic Surgery will be located in Richmond’s West End in the West Creek Medical Office Building near Short Pump Town Center.

Our new office building!

Right now the space is a little rough but we are finalizing details about finishings and for the complete buildout.

Here’s our space!

So many decisions!

We will move in August so that we arrive before the beginning of the school year. We will be ready to see patients in the new office in October. For our skin care customers, you’ll be able to get the exact same products that you’re getting now, just with a different label on it. We’ll happily ship it to you from Virginia when you need it.

Many thanks to the thousands of patients who have been part of the journey over the last six years. Please keep me and my family in your thoughts over the next several months as we face all of these big changes.
