This 36-year-old woman had trouble breathing through both sides of her nose despite using all kinds of medications. She had a severely deviated septum and an external nose that was obviously crooked. She wanted a straighter nose and a more refined profile. She underwent an open rhinoplasty to achieve these goals. Her results are shown at six months.
