Here we have a patient in her twenties with long-standing nasal obstruction and sinus problems. She had a severely deviated septum. She was also planning a wedding and wanted her nasal appearance improved with wedding photos in mind. She had a slight dorsal hump and an under-rotated, over-projected nasal tip. She also felt that her nasal dorsum was overly wide. To improve her nasal appearance and her breathing, she underwent an open rhinoplasty. These postoperative photos were taken six weeks following her procedure. Her breathing was much improved and she was thrilled with the improvement in the outside of her nose.
