Description:
Here we have a patient in her sixties who had this large, scaly, precancerous lesion on her right temple. It had been present for several months. We tried to treat it with a special cream, but there was no change. She had previously had another lesion in her hair line removed by another surgeon. She elected to have this lesion removed in the office. We removed the lesion and repaired it by rotating in skin from the upper part of her cheek. She was thrilled by the result- the scars were imperceptible and we achieved a subtle lift of the right side of her face, which she appreciated. No revision procedures were performed.
