This is a male in his twenties who disliked the appearance of his ears. He disliked that his earlobes bent forward. Dr. Schmidt determined that his earlobes not only bent forward, but they were much too large. Dr. Schmidt reduced the size of his earlobes and pinned them back at the same time in the office under local anesthesia.
He was very pleased with the outcome of his earlobes. They not only lie flat, but also they are smaller and more proportional to the rest of his ear. Post-Operative photos were taken five months after the procedure.
