This 45 year old gentleman had broken his nose many years prior and hadn't sought medical attention. Over the years, his breathing got worse and worse and interfered with his ability to sleep. He had a severely deviated septum as well as a crooked external nose that was interfering with his ability to breathe. The left side of his nose had essentially collapsed. Three weeks out from surgery his nose is much straighter and he no longer snores!
