This patient in her sixties had a facelift elsewhere. Over the years, she noticed that she had recurrent sagging under jawline. This was addressed with a deep-plane mini lift technique which tightened her lower face and jawline without the need for a bigger operation.

This patient in her late sixties who had previously had eyelid surgery came to me after losing thirty pounds. She disliked the loose skin of her jawline and neck.
