Here we have an older patient who presented with trouble with his vision because of excessive upper eyelid skin. You can see that this is especially true of the left eye. We performed upper lid blepharoplasty in the office. He was thrilled with the result. His vision was much improved. His postoperative photo was taken eleven months after his surgery.
This is a gentleman in his early fifties who was concerned about the heaviness around his eyes. His wife suggested that he look into Botox®, but he elected for blepharoplasty surgery after seeing pictures in Dr. Schmidt’s office. This was done in the office with local anesthesia.
